Martha Link Walsh never set out to do this kind of art for life, it just evolved and she’s still at it 40 years later. She creates her designs with pencil and then goes to work with tiny scissors and scalpels. Walsh has two books out with her work, A Paper-Cut Christmas: Legends of the Gift Giver and her latest, A Paper-Cut Christmas: The Twelve Days of Christmas.
